Request Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request complete deletion of your PulsER account and all associated data at any time. Follow the steps below to submit a deletion request.

  1. Send an email to privacy@rapidcircuitry.com with the subject line:
    Data Deletion Request — PulsER

  2. Include the following details in your email:
    The email address linked to your PulsER / Google account, and a brief confirmation that you wish to delete all your data permanently.

  3. We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation to the email address provided, to ensure the request is coming from the account owner.

  4. Upon confirmation, your account and all associated data — including CPR session history, performance records, and profile information — will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Please note: Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your session history and account information cannot be recovered. Local data stored on your device will be removed when you uninstall the app.
